A FRIEND OF ALL IS GONE!
It is with a heart shattered by grief and eyes clouded by tears that I mourn the devastating loss of my beloved Special Assistant on Transport and Chairman Emeritus of the Labour Party FCT, Comrade Peter Adejobi.
Peter was not just an aide; he was a brother, a confidant, and a pillar of unwavering dedication. His sudden departure has left an irreplaceable void in my heart, in our constituency, and in the Labour Party family. He served with rare passion, integrity, and selflessness, always putting the people first, always striving for excellence, and always wearing a smile that lit up every room.
As Chairman Emeritus of the Labour Party in the FCT, Peter’s wisdom, humility, and unifying spirit bridged divides and inspired countless comrades. His leadership was rooted in compassion, and his legacy in the party is etched in the progress we celebrate today.
In his role as my Special Assistant on Transport, Peter’s innovative mind and tireless work ethic transformed challenges into solutions. He was a voice for the voiceless on our roads and a true servant of AMAC/Bwari.
But beyond titles and duties, Peter was a friend to all, kind-hearted, generous, and ever-ready to lift others. His laughter was contagious, his advice invaluable, and his presence a gift we too soon lost.
To his family, the Labour Party, and all who loved him: I share in the depth of your pain. May God grant us the strength to bear this unbearable loss.
Peter’s life, though cut painfully short, was a beacon of service and love that will never dim in our memories.
Rest in eternal peace, dear Peter. Your labour of love lives on in the lives you touched and the community you served so well. You were a blessing to us all… and now, heaven’s gain is our profound loss.
