The Member of the House of Representatives for AMAC/Bwari Federal Constituency, FCT Abuja, Hon. Joshua Chinedu Obika, paid a condolence visit to the Executive Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency, Ahmed Usman Ododo.
The visit was to commiserate with the Governor and the people of Kogi State on the passing of his beloved father.
Governor Ododo warmly received Hon. Obika, who offered his profound sympathy and words of solace. During the visit, Hon. Obika prayed to God Almighty to grant the soul of the departed eternal rest in His heavenly paradise.
He described death as an inevitable end that every soul must face and offered prayers for God to forgive the deceased’s shortcomings.
Furthermore, he prayed that God grants the family, the Governor, and the entire people of Kogi State the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
May his gentle soul rest in perfect peace. Amen.
