The Member representing AMAC/BWARI Federal Constituency, Hon. Joshua Chinedu Obika, was yesterday conferred with the distinguished “Moses Order of Merit” award by the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), FCT Chapter.
In his acceptance speech, Hon. Obika delivered a powerful address, identifying tribalism and ethnicity as the most significant challenges facing Nigeria. He admonished the Church to intensify prayers for the nation’s leaders, urging divine guidance for them to reject the divisive poison of ethnic division.
Hon. Obika further called on the congregation and all Nigerians to continue in steadfast prayer for the peace, unity, and prosperity of the nation.
The award recognizes Hon. Obika’s dedicated service and his commitment to moral leadership and national unity.
