Member Representing AMAC/Bwari Federal Constituency, FCT Abuja; Hon. Joshua Chinedu Obika, today graced the inauguration ceremony of the newly elected National Executives of the Licensed Electrical Contractors Association of Nigeria (LECAN).
Addressing the gathering, Hon. Obika commended LECAN for consistently upholding professionalism, discipline, and dignity in the discharge of their responsibilities over the years.
He congratulated the newly elected National President, High Chief Vitus Ofodum Ikenna, alongside the incoming National Executive Committee, urging them to steer the association to even greater heights.
Hon. Obika reaffirmed his unwavering support for LECAN, pledging continued collaboration through strong legislative backing to strengthen their mandate and contributions to national development.
He further encouraged the body to remain committed to its motto, “Electricity in Safe Hands,” emphasizing that adherence to this guiding principle is crucial for the safety, growth, and sustainability of Nigeria’s power sector.
