Theme: Little Footsteps, Big Future
Hon. Joshua Chinedu Obika, Member of the House of Representatives for AMAC/Bwari Federal Constituency, FCT Abuja, has extended a heartfelt message to Nigerian children in commemoration of the 2025 Children’s Day celebration.
In his address, the lawmaker emphasized the transformative power of education and civic responsibility. Quoting the timeless words of Nelson Mandela, he stated: “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.”
Hon. Obika urged children to prioritize learning, embrace curiosity, and remain steadfast in their pursuit of excellence.

Aligning with the theme “Little Footsteps, Big Future,” he reminded children that their dreams and efforts, no matter how modest, hold the potential to drive monumental change.
Hon. Obika further reaffirmed his commitment to advancing policies that prioritize child welfare, quality education, and safe environments for growth. He concluded by celebrating the resilience and creativity of Nigerian children, describing them as “the architects of tomorrow’s Nigeria.”
