The Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC), Lugbe Division, today conferred Hon. Joshua Chinedu Obika, Member representing AMAC/Bwari Federal Constituency, as its Patron during the One-Day Interactive Security Symposium themed “Enhancing Security Collaboration in Our Community.” This prestigious recognition honors his exceptional contributions to community development, national progress, peace, and security initiatives.
Represented by his Special Assistant on Special Duties, Hon. Kingsley Okeke, the pragmatic lawmaker was celebrated for his security-focused legislative agenda. Hon. Okeke highlighted Hon. Obika’s tangible interventions on security; Installation of 600+ solar street lights across AMAC/Bwari communities, Strategic allocation for expanded lighting infrastructure in the 2025 budget, Distribution of critical security gadgets to grassroots security networks.
In a significant demonstration of commitment, Hon. Obika announced a substantial cash donation toward the PCRC Lugbe Division Secretariat building project. He further pledged to sustain security enhancement efforts across the constituency, emphasizing; “Security remains non-negotiable in our mandate to safeguard lives and livelihoods.”
