In a heartfelt tribute marking the 80th birthday of His Royal Highness, Zaki Aneh Joseph Iyorliam (Tor Tiv of the Federal Capital Territory), Hon. Joshua Chinedu Obika, Member representing AMAC/Bwari Federal Constituency, celebrated the revered monarch as a pivotal father figure and community icon.
