In a letter to the head teacher, LEA Primary School Daki Biyu, Hon. Obika stated thus; I will be helping some of the pupils in paying their 3rd term school fees due to the importance I attached to primary education.
I am making this intervention because it has come to my notice that due to the present economic situation in the country, some parents/guardians find it difficult to pay school fees for their wards in public schools in my constituency.
The Cheque was presented today to the principal of the school by the Special Assistant to Hon. Obika on Education; Mr. Ngutor Indyer, on behalf of Hon Joshua Chinedu Obika-MHR.
Kudos to Hon. Obika for prioritizing education and easing the burden on families in his constituency!
