Hon. Joshua Chinedu Obika, the lawmaker representing AMAC/BWARI Federal Constituency in Abuja, has extended his heartfelt condolences to the Esu of Jikwoyi Royal Dynasty following the passing of his wife, Her Royal Majesty, Mrs. Rosemary Taruwa (Bawa Jetta). Accompanied by Some Labour Party FCT Executives, the Karu Ward Chairman, and numerous party supporters, Hon. Obika visited the Esu of Jikwoyi to express his sympathy and solidarity during this difficult time.
In his condolence message, Hon. Obika expressed deep sorrow over the loss, stating, “We are here to pay our most sincere condolences to you, the Esu of Jikwoyi, and the entire Jikwoyi Community, on the passing of our dear Royal Queen and mother, whom God Almighty has called back home to be with Him in paradise.” He acknowledged the unexpected nature of the loss but emphasized the importance of faith, noting that as believers, we cannot question God’s will. He also expressed gratitude for the life she lived and the impact she made during her time on earth.
Hon. Obika concluded his message with a prayer, saying, “May God Almighty, who has called her home, have mercy upon her soul and accept her into His heavenly paradise, Amen.”
